What is the 8 week box & burn challenge?
• The Maccabean Box & Bum challenge is a 8 Week weight loss Challenge combined with the art of boxing and has been blended with traditional resistance training to accelerate the calorie burn, increase muscle, tone and increase weight loss.
What is included in the 8 week Box and Burn challenge?
• Carefully crafted meal plan that is given out each week proven to get results when followed and exercises provided from week 1 that are increasingly challenging to your biomechanics preventing plateaus or bunouts. A supplement line that is available to assist will those nutritional gaps. In addition to the exercises, branded supplements and meal plans, contestants get access to the weekly live workouts via Facebook with one of the coaches.
What are some of the benefits of participating in the challenge?
• By the end of the challenge, participants can expect to not only attain improved physical fitness & weight loss but a complete understanding in nutrition & proper bio-mechanical movements to maintain health and avoid injury.
