MODERN EQUIPMENT

When it comes down to equipment and training. Well we’re old school. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Barbell are the way of the Warrior. Of course we have training benches, pull ups, dip bars and other accessories to help train the body and aid in its overall strength and condition, but we pride ourselves in using our own body weight in most workouts to be sure we can perform with our own weight in most conditions. We are not the up to date modern box gym with all the brand new bells and whistles of equipment the people come to sit around on and take pictures. No. Here you have to move the weight. And that’s the way of a Warrior.
